  • Prepare general ledger entries and assist with month-end close process
  • Resolve account discrepancies by reviewing GL transactions and making necessary adjustments.
  • Reconcile transactions and accounts including the bank and intercompany.
  • Review preparation of journal entries for month end close and reclassing entries.
  • Review preparation and maintenance of prepaids, accruals and other balance sheet schedules
  • Assist with annual audit requests
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • CPA and Public accounting experience highly preferred (Straight public is OK)
  • Must be task-oriented and able to follow standardized work instructions
  • Problem solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience with multi-company organization a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effective time management skills
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven experience in a high-volume environment required
  • Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures
  • Experience with acquisitions and purchase accounting preferred
