DIVISION CONTROLLER
Duties:
- Supervise accounting staff
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
- Perform financial reporting (monthly)
- Analyze budget vs. actual results
- Perform financial forecasting and coordinates with operational department managers
- Manage internal and external audit requests
- Act as liaison between Division and Corporate Accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience (at least 2 years of national firm public accounting experience)
- Strong GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting background
- Active CPA highly preferred
- Exposure to real estate would be a major plus
