ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

Duties:

  • Oversee corporate accounting department including GL and operational accounting (AP and AR)
  • Oversee Month-end close process
  • Supervise accounting staff
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Oversee Accounting system (ERP) and manage necessary upgrades
  • Support external audit process
  • Ensure GAAP compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 4+ years of corporate accounting experience with some supervision
  • Full month end close experience through financial statements and strong operational accounting (AP, AR, Payroll, etc.)
  • Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
  • Strong Excel knowledge
