  • Manage Corporate Accounting staff of 2 people (responsible for training, ensuring deadlines for staffs are met and responsibilities are appropriately divided).
  • Manage the monthly close cycle:
  • Review bank reconciliations
  • Prepare payroll entries
  • Manage corporate payables and receivables
  • Manage the quarterly close cycle:
  • Prepare quarterly close entries
  • Prepare supporting schedules
  • Prepare variance analysis
  • Review supporting schedules and entries performed by staff
  • Manage the quarterly reforecast cycle:
  • Prepare reforecast supporting schedules
  • Review reforecast supporting schedules performed by staff
  • Lead the preparation for the year end audit.
  • Prepare quarterly distributions.
  • Prepare capital calls and distributions to and from partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial statements for partners.
  • Assist with preparation of income tax return information for tax preparers.
  • Review and agree supporting schedules to tax returns.


  • 5 years of general accounting experience required with at least 2 years in public accounting.
  • Degree in Accounting required.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Industry experience is a plus.
