  • Responsible for calculating, verifying and distributing commission and sales incentive payments to sales representatives, both internal and external, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify data against management reports indicating sales representative assignments, commission splits, commission rates and exceptions to the rules
  • Business partner with internal departments including Customer Service, Accounting and Sales
  • Coordinate with Sales for final approvals and distribute commission reports to the sales representatives as well as internal business partners
  • Communicate changes to Sales, tracking exceptions and maintaining commission data in the databases
  • Responsible for providing monthly and quarterly commissions and sales incentive plan accruals
  • Maintain company databases and actively investigate commission discrepancies
  • Identify areas for process improvement in collaboration with finance and other business partners
  • Recommend ways to streamline business processes and automate as appropriate
  • Help support Corporate FP&A team during month-end and quarter-end close
  • Ad-hoc analysis and special projects, as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in finance or accounting
  • Minimum 4 years progressive finance experience; commission analysis and reporting a strong plus
  • Experience with financial systems software package (Cognos/TM1/Oracle); Commission software is a plus.
