Comp: $180-200K + bonus

Hybrid role: 3 days in office/2 from home

  • Oversee all aspects of GL accounting and financial reporting (individual contributor to start)
  • Prepare accurate financial statements
  • Develop budgeting & financial planning procedures
  • Lead implementation of Netsuite accounting software
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and stronger internal controls
  • Support President/CEO on special projects


  • Controller level experience in start-up to mid-size company
  • Must me comfortable as an “individual contributor” to start
  • Public accounting background & CPA certification preferred
  • Financial services industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Solid budgeting experience
  • Must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” – In addition to GL, will oversee AP/AR (this is a small aspect of the role)
  • Possesses problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking and team building skills.
  • Strong GAAP accounting and technical accounting research experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
