EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bi-lingual requirement (English + Spanish)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 2+ years in relevant accounting, finance, or FP&A corporate professional experience.
- Strong grasp of GAAP fundamentals, including the basics of financial reporting.
- Some international travel required (less than 10% of time per year).
- Proven ability to architect, analyze, and communicate financial information effectively.
- Comfortable managing large data sets in Microsoft Excel.
- Passionately analytical, excellent attention to detail, and highly organized.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and growing business unit.
- Ability to effectively operate in a cross-functional, multinational team environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Conduct core financial analytical duties, including forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in support of ongoing business activities within the Company’s International department, which includes the support of our teams located overseas.
- Participate in the development of the Annual Operating Plan by supporting business unit leaders in the preparation and review of their capital and operating expense budgets.
- Prepare monthly operating expense forecasts and related analyses to assess the financial performance of the business against established goals.
- Prepare weekly revenue forecasts for presentation to management.
- Monitor foreign exchange volatility and track the impact of invoice price changes weekly.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including investigation of significant variances from Plan, for presentation to management.
- Support the financial analysis for new product introductions and new business opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to provide insight into strategic initiatives.
- Develop new financial tools and enhance existing reports to strengthen our financial understanding of the business and drive superior decision-making by management.
