As a Financial Analyst, the role will be responsible for budget planning, revenue and expense forecasting, and involvement in the month-end close/financial reporting process. This position will report to the Finance Supervisor.  The Financial Analyst I provides financial support to all operations of the company.  In addition, on an as needed basis, the Financial Analyst  supports Senior Management by developing complex financial models to fulfill requests both ad-hoc and recurring in nature.  A Financial Analyst has the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, possesses a high-level of ownership and accountability, and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed annual financial budget and monthly financial forecasts.
  • In-Depth revenue and expense variance analysis and presentation of monthly actual results to various levels of management.
  • Support of Sales departments by evaluating ROI proposals to ensure they meet company profitability goals.
  • Support Client Partner team with monthly updates to their revenue forecasting tools.
  • Responsible for compensation and capital expenditure analysis.
  • Assist with monthly bonus and commissions calculations.
  • Assist with recurring financial/metrics reporting for distribution to Senior Management.
  • Assist with the monthly results package/dashboard for distribution to Executive team.
  • Complex modelling, including ad hoc analysis and long-term pricing models.
  • Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
  • Assist in long term strategic planning (LRP).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • 1-2 years of corporate experience including at least 1 year in a corporate finance role.
  • Highly analytical, technically strong and effective communicator.
