Comp: $120-140K + bonus

Hybrid role: 2 days in office/3 from home

FINANCE MANAGER

Duties:

  • Main duties include:
    • Corporate Strategy
    • Mergers and Acquisitions
    • FP&A including AOP, budgets, forecasting, etc.
    • Any necessary work required in a small company where everyone pitches in (i.e. assisting with some unforeseen accounting project or issue, etc.)
    • Product Launch Analysis – ROI, etc.
    • Profitability Analysis and other KPI’s
  • Will primarily work side by side with the CEO/CFO and other company leaders; will report to the CEO directly.
  • The person who takes this job does NOT have to have prior experience doing all of the above – instead, they only need to be intellectually curious and hungry to learn.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate has 2 years in audit and 2 years in Transaction Advisory Services (Big 4 or National Firm)
  • Outstanding communication skills, very strong Excel skills
  • Must be intellectually curious – this will be evaluated
  • CPA preferred; MBA A+
