  • Manage and oversee day to day accounting functions including A/P, A/R, Cash Management, Cost Accounting and General Accounting
  • Manage timely month-end closing process and internal financial report preparation.
  • Evaluation of monthly reports ensuring financial transactions are complete and accurate.
  • Manage the fixed assets ledger and related processes.
  • Review, approve, and post journal entries provided by GM, Customer Service & Purchasing.
  • Investigate, and rectify all inventory, AR & AP discrepancies in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure adherence to company financial internal controls / policies.
  • Assist with financial statement audits, tax filings and compliance filings.
  • Perform financial analysis & evaluation providing information and advice to leadership.
  • Working closely with the management team
  • Lead & participate in continuous improvement projects within the company.


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
  • 3-5 years of documented experience.
  • Experience with SAGE or other ERP systems.
  • Developing Custom/Crystal Reports
  • Strong analytical ability, understanding of data analytics & ability to communicate analysis in plain language.
  • Ability to evaluate internal & external economic trends applying them to our business.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid decision-making skills including analysis, wisdom, experience, seeking input and judgement.
