REAL ESTATE FINANCIAL ANALYST

Responsibilities:

  • Perform portfolio-level forecasting for performance, capital pacing, and strategic planning
  • Conducting ad hoc portfolio analyses and performance scenario modeling to support management decisions
  • Preparing, editing, and reviewing Argus models
  • Supporting quarterly budgeting by updating models and analyzing variances
  • Creating disposition models and forecasting returns at both the property and portfolio levels
  • Modeling office and industrial assets using Excel and Argus
  • Preparing debt scenarios using Excel and Argus
  • Developing forecasts, valuations, and models for investor reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
  • 1-4 years of relevant analytical experience (Highly prefer a commercial real estate environment)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced experience with Argus Enterprise preferred
  • Collaborative mindset and strong team orientation
