REAL ESTATE FINANCIAL ANALYST

Duties:

  • Deliver data-driven insights across areas including portfolio operations, capital structure evaluation, transaction feasibility, and historical spend trends.

  • Oversee the progress and delivery of various financing activities, ensuring key internal contributors meet deadlines for underwriting and financial support.

  • Manage and update due diligence documentation; coordinate and lead meetings for transaction-related discussions.

  • Conduct monthly reviews of financial and operational performance reports, identifying key variances and opportunities.

  • Act as the primary contact for lenders and external consultants such as appraisers and underwriters.

  • Coordinate information flow and serve as a central point of contact for CDLAC applications, as well as new financing and refinancing activities, in collaboration with the Acquisitions Manager.

  • Prepare comprehensive lender packages, including organizing and managing third-party document repositories.

  • Monitor underwriting requests and facilitate accurate and prompt responses from internal stakeholders.

  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and establish clear approval tracking.

  • Support the completion of a variety of recurring internal and external reporting requirements, including data gathering, quality checks, and formatting.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions, legal, development, and asset management to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.

  • Contribute to the creation of presentation materials for leadership and investor updates.

  • Take on additional duties as needed in support of departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

  • 2–3 years of financial analysis experience (Real Estate preferred)

  • Advanced level Excel skills
