SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data, establish performance metrics, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare and present financial reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with variance analyses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape our annual budgeting process
  • Create financial models for accurate forecasting & analysis
  • Track budget vs. actual performance, providing strategic recommendations for adjustments
  • Perform detailed cost analysis and partner with manufacturing operations
  • Analyze product costs, pricing strategies, and profitability
  • Perform analysis for capital investment proposals and capital expenditures
  • Keep up to speed on current regulations and reporting standards to ensure financial integrity
  • Prepare financial documentation for audits and regulatory filings
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with ERP and financial software (Oracle, OneStream) is a plus
