Financial Planning & Analysis III Global Supply Chain Operations
• Budgeting and Forecasting working with business partners create financial forecasts.
• Presentation report on Power BI of the Financial Budget.
• Create on monthly basis a presentation on Power BI the Actual vs Forecast and review variances.
• Monitor and analyze Scrap, Manufacturing Variances and Purchase Price Variances on monthly basis and recommend corrective actions.
• Global Close Run the Material Ledger Actual Costing process at month end. (SAP ERP).
• Assist the annual Standard Cost and Product costing for South California plants.
• Year End Global Group Costing and provides support to the cost accounting business partners in translating cost data into useful information.
• Conducts research and performs analysis on manufacturing variances and purchase price variances
• Partner with business to understand key manufacturing projects and how they impact costs and operations.
• Prepare annual Cost Report for management review.
• Perform Global Month End (ERP SAP) close and reporting duties.
• WIP aging analysis
• Work with Engineering to review BOM and Router changes
• Vendor credits validation and approval
• Scrap reviews with QA
• Support the Direct Fixed Labor, Setup and Direct Labor Variable correction project
• Preparing Monthly Global Manufacturing Variances for US, Europe and Asian Pacific and Validate data with Data Analytics business partner.
