SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed reviews of financial performance and operating expenses, ensuring proper distribution of costs between entities and markets.
- Partner with internal teams to assess variances between forecasts, budgets, and actual results—proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support leadership with tailored analyses and special financial projects, providing clear insights based on complex data sets.
- Build and maintain dynamic reporting tools and templates to streamline financial tracking and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA certification preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Solid grasp of core accounting principles, financial reporting practices, and analytical methodologies.
- Exceptional communication abilities, strong attention to detail, and the initiative to work independently.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and large-scale ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, lead initiatives, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
