FINANCE MANAGER (REAL ESTATE FINANCING)

Duties:

  • Responsible for loan closings from any or all points including lender due diligence coordination, loan closing checklists, pre-boarding data entry, loan file maintenance, internal coordination, call backs, and post-closing tickler/file maintenance.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and counsel and promptly respond to inquiries.
  • Execute closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the Lender’s Counsel, Loan Officer, and Title Company and be able to request and obtain specified and required documents for closing.
  • Create and maintain files all borrower information, financials etc.
  • Gather and review information provided internally by team members.
  • Coordinate and commission all required 3rd party reports.
  • Coordinate appraisal and other third-party reports to ensure timely delivery of required information.
  • Manage information flow in SharePoint for internal and external parties on the transaction.
  • Update and manage internal electronic transactions and DRE files, maintaining complete information.
  • Follow up on outstanding entity requirements and understand entity documents to identify authorized signors for documents.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree is required (Accounting or Finance related)
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance or loan management.
