  • Record monthly journal entries as needed
  • Prepare monthly reporting materials
  • Review monthly financial statements including property-level balance sheets and income statements for completeness and accuracy for a portfolio of approximately 30 properties
  • Analysis of property-level performance including variances to budget and forecast
  • Obtain and review account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and reconcile to corporate accounts
  • Review lease amendments and lease profiles in CM module
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with SOX documentation
  • Review CM for outstanding AR and prepaids and work with 3rd party property managers to clear balances as needed
  • Record monthly forecasts and annual budgets for both GAAP NOI items and capital


  • BS degree with Accounting emphasis
  • Previous public company experience
  • Previous experience in real estate or healthcare preferred
  • Detail oriented with good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
  • Strong Excel capabilities
  • Deadline and project oriented
  • Knowledge of MRI/BPC softwares a plus
  • Teamwork capabilities
