SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Support consolidated financial reporting, including foreign currency adjustments, intercompany eliminations, and expense allocations.
- Assist with quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SEC reporting (10-Q and 10-K).
- Maintain SOX 404 compliance and internal accounting controls.
- Improve accounting procedures and month-end close efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (straight public accounting OK)
- Strong general ledger, month-end close, and reconciliation experience.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Public accounting or public-company financial reporting experience is highly desirable.
- CPA preferred, not required.
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience preferred.
