PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

Leading real estate investment/management firm in Orange County is looking for a motivated property accountant to join its expanding team

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Accounting and Reporting for a portfolio of 9-10 properties
  • Month end close
  • Reconciliations and Accruals
  • Support annual audit
  • Utilize Yardi software
  • Integrate newly acquired properties to Accounting system

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of property accounting experience (some 3rd party preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Exposure to Yardi or MRI preferred
